This enzyme hydrolises the by products of the Mucopolysaccharides group, especially Ηyalurοnic Acid, which retains large amounts of water subcutaneously. Cellulite is caused by water retention and fat, and Hyaluronidase significantly reduces the viscosity of Hyaluronic Acid, forcing it to absorb a large amount of water. Hyaluronidase also improves other substances’ penetration of the skin.
